Child Safety Policy

Pinka is firmly committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all users—especially minors. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment. Any user, account, or content found to violate this principle will be permanently removed and, where applicable, reported to law enforcement authorities.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

• Pinka is strictly for users aged 18 and above.
• Submitting false information or impersonating an adult to gain access to the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
• The platform uses automated detection tools and human review to identify underage usage or potential Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) risks. Any attempt to bypass these systems constitutes a serious violation.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. The following activities are explicitly forbidden on Pinka:

• Sharing, producing, or promoting any material that depicts, glorifies, or encourages sexual acts involving minors.
• Engaging in conversations, performances, or "role-play" scenarios that sexualize children, even when no explicit imagery is shown.
• Using suggestive gestures, sexualized language, emojis, or clothing aimed at portraying minors in a sexual context.
• Romanticizing, fetishizing, or trivializing acts of abuse or coercion toward minors.
• Using Pinka to contact, solicit, or attempt to establish an inappropriate relationship with a child.

Violations of this kind may be immediately escalated to law enforcement, and related accounts will be permanently removed.

2.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

CSAM stands for child sexual abuse material. CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Accordingly, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing CSAM in any form.
• Creating or sharing AI-generated or "deepfake" content that sexualizes minors, even if synthetic or fictional.
• Posting drawings, animations, or written narratives that depict or describe minors in sexual situations.
• Linking or directing users to external platforms, websites, or cloud drives that host CSAM.

Pinka will immediately remove such content and may refer the case to local authorities.

3. Identification, Detection, and Monitoring

Pinka adopts a three-tiered approach to identifying and preventing CSAE and CSAM on the platform. Our goal is to detect, review, and respond to risks promptly and responsibly.

3.1 Automated Detection

Pinka utilizes basic automated tools to assist in identifying potential violations, including:

• Image and video scanning to detect nudity or sexual content involving minors.
• Keyword screening in text, chats, and profile fields to identify or block inappropriate expressions.
• Behavioral monitoring of suspicious activity patterns, such as irregular identity verification results or messages containing prohibited language.
• Enhanced supervision of accounts previously associated with confirmed child safety violations.

3.2 Human Review

• Random content checks and targeted audits of automatically flagged materials.
• Human verification when automated systems detect anomalies.
• Immediate removal of confirmed violations and, where applicable, referral of severe cases to law enforcement authorities.

3.3 User Reporting

Pinka also relies on community vigilance. Users who encounter suspected CSAE or CSAM content, or any activity endangering minors, are encouraged to report it directly through in-app reporting tools or by contacting our team at admin@bright-pixel-labs.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and handled confidentially.

4. Personal Data and Privacy

Pinka does not knowingly collect or retain personal information from anyone under 18. If such data is discovered, it will be promptly deleted and corrective measures will be implemented. If you believe Pinka may have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please reach us at admin@bright-pixel-labs.com.

5. Platform Enhancements for Child Protection

To strengthen community vigilance, Pinka has introduced the following safety improvements:

• Dedicated CSAE reporting category: CSAE now appears as the first line of report type, making it easier to find.
• Safety shortcuts in settings: A "Report CSAE" button is now available under app settings, allowing users to submit reports directly at any time.
• Promotional banners and startup notifications: The homepage banner and startup notifications now direct users to the dedicated CSAE page, ensuring everyone understands Pinka's commitment to child protection and can provide timely feedback if they discover a violation.

6. Reporting and User Responsibility

Pinka encourages all users to act responsibly in keeping our community safe. You may report suspected CSAE or any other harmful behavior through:

6.1 In-App Reporting

Users can submit reports directly through the app by:

• Click Report button in the app settings and select the CSAE category in the first row to report. You can attach screenshots, timestamps, or chat evidence to support the investigation.
• Click the banner or other location to go to the dedicated CSAE page and report directly.
• Directly contacting our team at admin@bright-pixel-labs.com.

Reports are confidential and will be reviewed promptly. Verified cases of CSAE will be escalated to relevant authorities.

6.2 External Reporting

If you find a link, website, or any content that is sexually abusive towards children, you should report it to either:

• The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children: They can report the content to the appropriate authorities around the world.
• Or contact one of the organizations listed below by geographic region via the INHOPE website.

7. Restricted Users

Individuals convicted of crimes against minors—including sexual violence, physical abuse, exploitation, or trafficking—are permanently banned from Pinka. Concealing such convictions will result in immediate account termination and potential legal escalation.

8. Enforcement and Education

Pinka takes swift action on any violation of this policy, which may include warnings, account bans, or referral to police. In addition to enforcement, Pinka is committed to user education and preventive awareness. Our initiatives include:

• In-app educational banners and campaigns to remind users of child safety principles and prohibited conduct;
• Pop-up warnings during content creation (such as photo, video, or stream uploads) that inform users of relevant child protection rules;
• Regular updates to community guidelines to reflect evolving global standards and best practices for online child protection.

Through these combined measures, Pinka aims not only to punish violations but also to build a culture of awareness, responsibility, and shared vigilance across our community.
